1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of VST.Tools, operated by VybeCode Software (“VybeCode,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or downloading a plugin from this site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Accounts

Downloading any plugin, free or paid, requires an account. You agree to provide an accurate email address, to keep your password confidential, and to let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal to you and aren’t transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, or rehost a plugin installer obtained from this site;
• reverse engineer a plugin except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it;
• attempt to bypass account, download, or entitlement checks on the site;
• interfere with the normal operation of the site or its infrastructure; or
• use the site to violate any applicable law.

4. Plugins and licenses

Each plugin you download is licensed to you personally for use under these terms — downloading it does not transfer ownership of the software to you. Free plugins are licensed at no cost, subject to the acceptable-use terms above. Paid plugins are not yet available on VST.Tools; when they are, purchasing one will come with its own checkout flow and any additional purchase-specific terms, presented at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The VST.Tools site, and the plugins distributed on it, are the property of VybeCode Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license to use a plugin described above.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue a plugin or a feature of the site at any time. We’ll try to avoid disrupting access to plugins you’re already entitled to, but we don’t guarantee the site or any plugin will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

You can stop using VST.Tools at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable-use section above. Where practical, we’ll try to give notice first.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

VST.Tools and the plugins on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VybeCode Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a plugin. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VybeCode Software operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of VST.Tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
